Autonom-inc – The death toll from Corona virus infection in China has increased to 170 and 1,700 new infections.
The death toll rose from 106 people earlier this week. 37 of the deaths came from Hubei Province, located in central China and is the center of the spread of the virus.
In one day, the death toll reached 38 people amid government efforts to isolate the province.
The number of infected victims has risen from around 4,500 to 7,700.
Thailand, Japan, and Singapore occupy the third position with the most infected victims, 14 patients, 11 patients, and 10 patients without fatalities, respectively.
According to Hubei authorities, the death toll in the province rose from 37 to 162 by the end of January 29. Detected cases also rose from 1,032 people to 4,586 people.
A number of foreign governments have flown their citizens out of Hubei. World Health Organization or WHO is worried that this disease will continue to spread to various countries.
Currently around 50 million residents in Hubei are isolated. Experts say the Corona virus or 2019-nCoV is not as dangerous as SARS, which broke out in 2003. However, there are fears the virus will spread rapidly through coughing and sneezing.
